Where Your Gift Goes
Every dollar contributed to SSSMRE is invested directly into the museum's mission — there are no paid staff, no executive overhead, and no commission. Volunteer engineers, historians, and board members run the organization.
Artifact Preservation
Conservation supplies, display cases, climate control, and the careful work of preparing century-old objects for public display.
Layout Maintenance
Track, locomotives, rolling stock, scenery materials, and the electrical work that keeps the scale layouts operating.
Education & Outreach
Free school visits, public demonstration days, NMRA programming, and educational materials for the next generation of modelers.
